This 75 min class is designed to promote self-awareness, release of tensions and stress, and balance of energy flow in the body, and mind.
In this cross-disciplinary style class we use, movement, posture, breath, mantra, and mudra practice in a playful, beginner-friendly way.

Shauna Balgar studied at the D'Arcey Lane School of Massage Therapy and has been a practising Registered Massage Therapist since 2010. She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the Deva Tree School of Yoga. Shauna has been teaching Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics since 2012.
