Reception Room Information:

Grand Ballroom
Accommodates weddings for 120 to 230 guests for ceremony, dinner and dance.
Outdoor terrace is private for you and your guests
James Harris Room
Accommodates weddings for 60 to 100 guests for ceremony, dinner and dance.
Private balcony overlooking the valley is private for you and your guests.
Gallery Room
Accommodates weddings for up to 30 to 90 guests for ceremony, dinner and dance.
Outdoor verandah & games room are included.
Victorian Ballroom
Accommodates weddings for 30 to 60 guests for dinner and social.
Heritage Room
Accommodates weddings for 30 to 50 guests for ceremony, dinner and social.

The Platinum Wedding Package includes

Raw potatoes cut into ball shapes, seasoned and oven cooked in butter
Fondant Potato
Barrel shaped potatoes braised in beef broth and butter.
Duchess Potato
Boiled potato, mashed, seasoned, egg yolk added (to firm potato while cooking), piped into large rosettes, oven baked and brushed with butter.
Berny Potato
Boiled potato, mashed, seasoned, egg yolk added (to firm potato while cooking), shaped into balls, rolled into flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs then shallow fried until brown.
