By confirming your reservation you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules. They are designed to protect the historic character of our 1872 estate while ensuring every guest enjoys a serene, luxurious stay.

• - Check - out: 11.00 AM
• - Lost room key Replacement fee: $50 per key.
• - Elm Hurst Inn & Spa is a 100 % smoke-free property. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied to any room where smoking is detected.
• - Regrettably, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with AODA and ADA guidelines.
• - The Inn reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or specialist cleaning for any damage, excessive wear, or missing items discovered after departure.
• - Age Requirement - At least one registered guest must be 18 years of age or older.
• - Accessibility - Please advise us of any accessibility requirements prior to arrival so we may allocate an appropriate room or arrange assistance.

Cancellation Policy:

Flexible rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival without penalty; otherwise the first night’s room & tax will be charged. Advance-purchase and special-offer rates are non-refundable.
