  • Occupancy in all areas (Hotel, Porch, Drawing Room & Parlour) have been reduced and redesigned to promote social distancing.
  • Every room has been given a Microbe Shield High Touch & Full Environment Treatment and will continue to have this deep clean done periodically.
  • Our rigorous and strict sanitation standards have been enhanced by giving additional attention to sanitizing public areas throughout the day including door handles, tabletops, and frequent contact surfaces.
  • Access to hand sanitizer in all areas of the Inn.
  • Ensure staff stay home on leave and do not come to the Inn if they are showing any signs of illness.
  • Floor markers have been placed to indicate social distancing and directional flow throughout the lobby.
  • All members of our team are required to complete our newly developed COVID-19 Standard Operation Procedures, including training on our new and improved cleaning & sanitation protocols, use of personal protective equipment, and social distancing protocols.
  • All linens are cleaned with Power Stat, a highly concentrated, ready-to-use liquid fabric sanitizer, reducing bacterial count on fabrics by 99.9%.
  • We will continue to make further enhancements to meet changing demands.

Your room is your private space during your stay with us.  We have made created new procedures and training for Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest and Laundry Services, designed to address your safety with an extensive cleaning and sanitation regiment that meet – and exceed – published guidelines.

  • Room keys are sanitized upon return to the Front Office and placed in a sealed envelope for the next arrival.
  • No Team Member will be granted access to your guest room, unless authorized by you and the given staff member is comfortable doing so. This includes members of our Housekeeping, Front Desk and Maintenance teams. You must be out of the room for a staff member to enter.  Staff reserve the right to refuse entry into your room at any time for their own safety as well as yours.
  • If you require cleaning service for your room you must arrange this ahead of time with the front desk agent. 
  • You will be provided with Towel Exchange Bags that are located in your room. If you wish to have new towels delivered to your room please contact the front desk to arrange. Confirm with Tina.

  • The front porch, courtyard and patio are open are 100% open air for your pleasure.
  • We have reduced capacities and greater table spacing for social distancing in our dining areas.
  • Breakfast is included with your stay. Please order room service in the morning or come downstairs to dine outside.
  • Use of microwave is available. Please call down to our Front Desk Agent to inquire and we will warm your items for you.
