    ROOMS & RESERVATIONS

    Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals can be accommodated if needed (with check-in available through the night)
    Yes. Overnight guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning in the Mansion Restaurant. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., featuring eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, pastries, and more.
    You can reserve a room directly through the Elm Hurst Inn website www.elmhurstinn.com or by calling the reservations line at 1-800-561-5321. A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. For special requests or group bookings, it’s best to call or email info@elmhurstinn.com

    The minimum age to book and check into a room is 18 years old. A valid credit card and photo ID in the name of the guest are required at check-in.
    Yes, children are welcome. Up to 3 children (approximately age 5 and under) can stay free in a room when using existing bedding with a parent or guardian. The Inn can also provide a complimentary crib/playpen for infants upon request. Rollaway beds for older kids or extra guests are available for about CAD $20 per night if needed.

    DINING

    Elm Hurst Inn features a fine dining restaurant in the historic mansion. It serves breakfast daily (hot buffet from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.), lunch Monday–Saturday (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), a Sunday brunch buffet (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sundays), and dinner every evening (5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.). The restaurant offers locally-inspired cuisine – seasonal menus with gourmet entrées – and is known for its Sunday brunch and prime rib buffet.
    Reservations are recommended, particularly for dinner and Sunday brunch. You can book a table online via the OpenTable link on our website or by calling the front desk. Walk-ins are accepted when space is available.
    Yes. The inn has a lounge/bar in the main mansion. The lobby bar is typically open from around 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Guests can enjoy cocktails, wine, and beer in the lounge or on the patio. If a private event is using the space, the bar might be closed to the public at that time; check with the front desk if unsure.
    Yes, room service is offered during restaurant hours. Meals can be delivered to your room approximately 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (matching the restaurant’s operating hours). Call the front desk or restaurant to place an order from the room service menu.

    SPA & WELLNESS

    The Spa at Elm Hurst Inn offers massage, facials, body wraps, scrubs, manicures and pedicures, and other holistic therapies. Facilities feature five private treatment rooms, a couples massage room, manicure/pedicure stations, and an infrared sauna with red light therapy. Spa Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Fri & Sat 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sun 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    Appointments are highly recommended. Reserve by calling the spa at 519-485-5321 (or 1-800-561-5321) or emailing spareception@elmhurstinn.com. Walk-ins may be accommodated if openings are available, but booking ahead is best—especially on weekends.
    Yes, the spa welcomes both hotel guests and day visitors. Guests must be age 16 or older to be welcomed in the spa.
    The Inn does not have a swimming pool, but offers an on-site fitness room/gym (treadmill, stationary bike, weights) open daily 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Carriage House. The spa area includes infrared sauna, and the grounds have a nature walking trail.

    Yes, high-speed Wi‑Fi is provided free of charge for all guests. Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available in all areas of the hotel – including guest rooms and common areas.
    Yes, the Elm Hurst offers ample free parking for guests and event attendees. In addition, there are four dedicated EV parking spots with one universal charger and one Tesla-specific charger (two stations total) available at no cost to guests.
    Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with cable, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine, free bottled water, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, plush bathrobes, complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, and free local calls. Some rooms feature fireplaces or jetted tubs (in certain premium or suite categories). The front desk is available 24/7 for additional items.
    Yes. Elevator service to all guestroom floors, designated accessible parking, step‑free paths of travel, and several accessible rooms (e.g., roll‑in showers, grab bars). Public areas, including the restaurant and event spaces, are accessible via ramps/elevators. Contact us in advance with specific needs.

    Yes! We have multiple meeting spaces of various sizes. Our largest space can hold up to 200 guests.

    Unfortunately, no – pets are not allowed at Elm Hurst Inn. Only certified service animals are permitted on the property.
    Yes. Elm Hurst Inn & Spa is a 100% smoke‑free environment. All guest rooms and indoor spaces are non‑smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; smoking indoors may incur a cleaning fee.
    Yes. Elm Hurst Inn & Spa gift cards are available — eGift Cards online via elmhurstinn.com and physical certificates at the front desk. Redeemable for accommodations, dining, or spa services.
