Keeping you and your loved ones safe

There are some upcoming changes to the Elm Hurst Inn & Spa’s health and safety policy, designed to keep you and your family safe while you’re our guest.

These changes represent our commitment to providing you and your loved ones a health and safe environment.

Vaccination Proof Required

In accordance with Ontario Provincial Government guidance, starting September 22, 2021, the Elm Hurst Inn & Spa will require all guests (12 years of age and older) to provide proof of being fully vaccinated in order to dine inside the Elm Hurst Mansion Restaurant or participate in any indoor events, including meetings and weddings. The Ontario Provincial Government considers an individual as fully vaccinated 14 days following the final dose of an approved vaccine treatment

Upon admittance to the Elm Hurst Inn & Spa, guests will need to display either a paper record or receipt, or an official digital PDF version of their vaccination receipt showing full COVID-19 vaccination status along with a government issued photo ID. These documents must be presented upon entering the Elm Hurst Inn & Spa. Please note that you cannot share these documents electronically ahead of your time with us.

All personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with provincial guidelines.

Children under the age of 12 currently not eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine are exempt and do not require any validation to stay with us.

Face Masks are Mandatory

To safeguard our guests, and in accordance with Ontario Provincial Government guidelines, we require all guests to wear a face covering that fully covers their nose and mouth, and secures under their chin, while staying with us. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas of the Elm Hurst Inn & Spa, except while dining or visiting our outdoor gardens where social distancing is maintainable.

We appreciate your support of this initiative to ensure our guests’ safety, comfort, and health.
